These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LoupeReel’s website, mobile app, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LoupeReel turns long videos into shorter, ready-to-share clips, with tools for captions, narration, and editing. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transform Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to generate clips, captions, and narration).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that processing it through the Service does not violate any law or third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others.
• Upload or create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product from our data.

5. Credits and purchases

Certain features require credits. Credits are a consumable, prepaid entitlement used to generate clips. Credits do not expire while your account remains active, and they have no cash value and are not transferable.

Purchases made in the mobile app are sold through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s terms; refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law or the applicable app store’s policies, purchases are non-refundable.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses automated and AI systems to select moments, generate captions, and produce narration. Output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LoupeReel and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the mobile app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoupeReel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
